Need Help finding a song.

Hi! I'd greatly appreciate it if somebody knew the title and writer of this song its driving me crazy!! I've spent over an hour on itunes looking for it as well as the internet. Recently sung it at a conference but i didn't manage to find out who it was written by whilst i was there.

The chorus goes like this:

I think thats pretty much the words. Its quite a slow tempo song.
